About Me

As a third generation Charlottean, Tim has had the great pleasure of watching Charlotte grow and evolve into the vibrant community it is today. 

Tim graduated from NC State University in 1998 and after a few years in the woodworking industry, became a real estate appraiser in 2006.  His years as an appraiser instilled a dedicated attention to detail and the ability to recognize value in the uniqueness of properties and neighborhoods in Charlotte as well as surrounding areas.  

Tim’s promise is to make sure each client feels comfortable with the buying/selling process through being a dedicated and loyal broker.  He understands relationships are the most important aspect of any business and trust is the foundation.

Tim currently lives in the Olde Costwold neighborhood with his wife and two daughters.  He is an active member of Myers Park Presbyterian Church and enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, fly fishing, and playing music.
